Brokerage firm Norne Securities raises capital for Hudya in Norway prior to listing in Sweden

We have engaged the Norwegian brokerage firm Norne Securities to find investors in Norway before going on the stock exchange in Sweden this autumn. Hudya Group is an exciting fintech case for Norwegian investors, says Norne Securities’ adviser Per Rustad Ørvik.

Prior to our planned IPO on Nasdaq First North in Sweden, a Private Placement program is underway where we present our case in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

The Swedish investment network Blasieholmen Investment Group (BIG) handles the investor contact in Sweden. In Norway, the Corporate Finance department of Norne Securities has been mandated to raise capital for the share issue.

The Norne team is in full swing with the capitalization process in the Norwegian market. They have broad experience with similar processes and are fully aware of the questions the investors will ask.

– Our role in the process is to visualize the case, contact potential investors and help them understand what the investment entails, says Ørvik.

Norne thinks Hudya Group is an exciting case to present to Norwegian investors, as it has several aspects to it.

– With Hudya’s platform thinking, the founders show another, more pragmatic way of visualizing a customer journey, with cross-selling within their own customer bases and a customer base that is already active and rolling. This, combined with the innovative technological aspect and the offensive growth plans outside Norway, will probably appeal to more investor profiles in Norway, the adviser believes.
